Lead multiple shop locations to success. As a District Manager, you'll oversee operations, coach managers, and drive performance across your territory.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 4-6 shop locations
- Recruit, train, and develop shop managers
- Analyze financial performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure consistent customer service excellence across all locations
- Manage inventory and vendor relationships
- Implement company initiatives and maintain brand standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit retail or automotive management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Shop Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of shop operations including sales, service, and staff

- Maintain shop equipment, inventory, and facility standards
- Create work schedules and manage labor costs
Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive service management experience
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills for POS and scheduling systems
- ASE certifications preferred
Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
- Support the Shop Manager in daily operations
- Supervise technicians and coordinate workflow
- Assist customers with service recommendations and sales
- Help manage inventory and order parts
- Step in as acting manager when Shop Manager is away
- Train new team members and maintain quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive service experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Automotive Technician

Requirements
- 1+ years of automotive repair experience
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- ASE certifications or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Team player with strong work ethic
