Customer Service
Service Advisors work with customers and shop teams on service recommendations and repair needs.
Management
District Managers oversee 6–8 locations, coach shop managers, and monitor operations and performance across a territory.

Shop Managers are responsible for a location's sales, service, staffing, customer concerns, inventory, equipment, and schedules.

Assistant Managers support daily shop operations, coordinate workflow, work with customers, and step in when the Shop Manager is away.
